On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

This is very much student accommodation and the room looks and feels that way. The bed is very uncomfortable, thin mattress. I will avoid going forward.
