Shops and restaurants nearby. **1 utility room,** with washing machine and dryer. Please do not use either after 10:00 PM. **1 winter garden.** You are welcome to use the winter garden. However, please keep quiet and only stay there until 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. The large folding door is locked and may not be opened. The double glass door on the right side may be opened for ventilation. **The garden and private outdoor areas are not for use** and are not part of the booking. Please do not enter. The entire private outdoor area with Garden is CCTV monitored.!! **Bus stop:** 2 bus stops 150 meters away, number 19 is the fastest connection to the center. Adult Day Ticket £5, for the whole day and all buses. Child Day Ticket £ 2,50 , for the whole day and all buses.
