Practically anything we needed was provided. Location is a short bus ride away from the Royal Mile and easy to get to. Stairs up to the flat were a bit tricky to navigate with suitcases but we figured it out. Only things I could suggest adding would be an extension cord in the bedrooms so a phone could be plugged in closer to the bed, and perhaps a portable fan for warm night. We had an issue with one of the smoke alarms going off due to a low battery. This was fixed within a couple of hours of me calling. Fantastic service. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star review is that the person renting the flat below decided to have a New Years Eve party whilst we were there.
