Welcome to our lovely waterfront flat with two spacious bedrooms. The master features an en-suite, and the open-plan living area offers stunning views of the ocean and Leith docks. Just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes to the tram, with easy access to the city centre and airport. Enjoy nearby waterfront restaurants, a local park, and breathtaking sunsets.

Please note: this is our personal home, and we only rent it while we’re away.
