Quite neighborhood, 30 min walk to Royal Mile. The kitchen is not equipped to do meal much cooking would be nice to have a proper skillet for breakfast foods. The tram into Edinburgh is a 2 minute walk, it takes about 10 minutes. The beauty of the trams is that there is only one line, which runs from The Airport to the Liner Terminal (Royal Yacht Britannia). the Host's instructions were first rate. We had no issues finding the apartment, the keys or anything else. There are a number of very nice restaurants along Leith Walk. Particularly Oregano and Vittoria on the Walk, as you may have guessed we like Italian. There is also a Wetherspoon's just past the Playhouse Theatre, which is a short walk away. This is totally unacceptable. We tried over and over to get the access code to open the door. Finally gave up and approached garage owner across the street. He said he had watched other guests suffer the same problem. He came over and tried to assist us. Finally between him and my son, the gate opened. Had it not, we would have been forced to tried to find a hotel in a strange town after dark. This totally unacceptable, Nothing would change my opinion of this experience but a 100% refund. I will give you high marks for the very detailed instructions for locating the tram at the airport and getting to the flat, ##### Glen W.
