The property has vaulted ceilings throughout, with 2 good sized bedrooms (double and twin or two doubles) and a large open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all mod cons including electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and kitchen sink. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 and a sideboard storing cutlery, table mats and condiments. There are 3 leather sofas in the lounge area, with a large flat screen TV (Freeview digital channels) and DVD player. The location is in Archerfield Village adjacent to the exclusive Archerfield and Renaissance golf clubs and within easy reach of numerous other, less expensive, golf clubs. It is a little isolated from pubs, restaurants etc and we had no mobile phone signal at all. There is free wi fi though. Bedrooms are good size with very comfortable beds. If both showers are being used at the same time one of them can run a little cold. The owner was on hand to try to rectify this but we ended up just alternating so only one shower was operating. Well maintained property in a great location, everything you need for a relaxing holiday whether it be golfing, sightseeing or walks on the beach. Apartment had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and warm. The location is great with lots of walks nearby. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance too. We tried all of Eric and Heather’s recommendations and none disappointed us. Plenty of golf courses around too although as we had our dog with us we didn’t take advantage of them.
