Lovely Southside Flat, Short Walk to Royal Mile, overlooking Arthur's Seat.

This lovely flat is situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh, within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile and main city centre attractions. The famous Meadows are less than 5 minutes walk away as is Queens Park and Arthur's Seat. The views from all rooms are magnificent, looking directly onto Arthur's Seat and Salsbury Crags.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished, has a fully equipped open plan kitchen complete with granite breakfast bar, double bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
The shower room has a fantastic walk in shower. It is en-suite to the bedroom and access to the shower room is only available via the bedroom
The apartment comes with wi-fi, bedding and towels. There is a secure keybox for self check-in at anytime of the day/night.

Perfect stay, all you would desire from the accommodation was there.

We stayed at Jeff's place for 4 nights. This was a wonderful experience. Everything in Jeff's apartment made sense, was operational and in exactly the right place. Jeff's access instructions were clear and precise, so we did not have any problems getting into the apartment. Location is perfect - across from the Holyrood park and in a walking distance from the city center. Really enjoyable, highly recommended and we will stay again. Thank you, Jeff, regards, Michael and family.

Good comfy place to rest

Jeff was wonderful to work and make the check in/out process super easy. He offers a small flat that was snug but comfy for our family of 4. He provides the necessities and there is a nice kitchen to cook a meal and laundry facilities for a wash. The location is easy to walk 15 minutes to the Sugeons Hall Museum and another 10 minutes to the Waverly station. There are great pubs and shops close to this Uni neighborhood.

All the necessities

I enjoyed staying here. Everything was super clean and easy to use. I would stay here again next time im in Edinburgh. Its close to food and its and easy walk tothe Royal mile . The only negatives I can think of are that the place was a bit drafty and cold and the adjacent building has loud students.

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Edinburgh. The location is fantastic, easy to walk downtown and to all of the tourist spots and directly across from Arthur’s Seat as well! The views are unmatched, especially in the evenings. Everything in the unit was as expected, not fancy but met my needs. Would have preferred to have things like paper towels in the kitchen so that those things didn’t need to be purchased but other than that it was stocked as needed. One note is that this apartment is up four flights of stairs so not for the faint of heart. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this flat. Clean and efficient. There is no tv which isn’t terrible but internet connection was sufficient. Centrally located and a 5 minute walk to many Fringe venues.

Location, Clean, Priced Right

Nice apartment within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile. Awesome view of Arthur’s Seat which is practically across the street. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Nice utilities. The sofa sleeper was missing sheets (though a nice comforter and pillow were available) and the sleeper’s mattress was a little thin, but what the heck, it’s a sofa sleeper. The owner said he’ll look into these. It’s a large sofa and I probably should’ve just skipped the pull-out. The bed was very comfortable. I’d easily come back here and stay again.
