The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your convenience.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere. The double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, and one bedroom includes a desk and chair—perfect for remote work or study.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Awful experience

From the first day of arrival, we checked in and found “new” slippers for us to wear around the place. But it was dirty. Clearly not new and worn before. Found this absolutely disgusting.Then we found a period pad wrapper under my 5 yr old and 3 yr old daughter’s bed. And thought no way?! Because there were streak marks of the hoover being done under the bed. So surely this should’ve been picked up.Then we noticed our room bin had an old plastic drinking bottle and tissue in the bin. Which technically should’ve been emptied?! Alongside a pillow case which had a mark of dirt of some sort on it.Originally I wasn’t going to complain but then last nights power outage for the evening from 10pm really topped it off. Was worried all the food in the fridge would go off as we had no idea when the power was going to come backHonestly for the amount of money we are paying to stay here, this is definitely not the standard you would expect especially with cleanliness. Shocking in face. Issues after issues.Alongside the appalling communication about the shampoo and body wash. I asked before coming here and was told it would be provided “for your stay” meaning for the 4 days we are here. But no. Turns out it was just a welcome gesture to start with.Should’ve been clear about it and I would’ve brought own things instead. False advertisement.
