Quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre. Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, one a glamorous four poster king size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom either as 2 single or a king size bed with an en suite shower room. The sitting room, which overlooks a leafy patio garden, has a dining table, TV and antique fireplace. There is a separate loo which is convenient for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. A minute away is the fabulous private Dean Gardens , a 7 acre park and woodlands, so pretty all year round. A key is provided on request. The Water of Leith walkway is across from the flat with a riverside walk all the way down to the Port of Leith or up to the Galleries of Modern Art. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am but if I can be flexible with this I will certainly try especially with luggage drop off and collection. Please just ask. Our host, Emma, was so responsive to any questions we had and the attention to detail in the flat to make guests comfortable was amazing. Really the nicest vacation rental ever. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. Both bedrooms and the lounge room are spacious and comfortable. Communication from the owner was clear and timely, and there were some lovely touches with high quality consumables provided.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. As with many places in Edinburgh, parking is not easy but the owner provided clear information on the best options for parking. ##### Adrian G.
