About this property

Edinburgh City Centre Townhouse. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms

  • Dating back to around 1845 this early Victorian townhouse retains many original features with fireplaces and ornate cornicework still intact.

    Located over three floors with main door ground floor access with entrance vestibule leading through to hallway from which lounge, kitchen and dining room can be accessed. There is also a small sun porch to the rear beyond the dining room and overlooking the small walled garden which can be accessed from the utility room.

    On the first and second floors the bedrooms can be found.

    The house is very spacious and the high ceilings add to the feeling of space.
