  • A charming and characterful four-bedroom apartment in central Edinburgh, just a short walk from the Royal Mile, Old Town, the University and the Meadows.

    The apartment combines traditional Edinburgh features with stylish modern interiors, including high ceilings, tall sash windows, original architectural details and excellent natural light throughout.

    There are four comfortable bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and two with double beds, making the apartment ideal for families or groups travelling together.

    The bright living room is one of the highlights of the apartment, with its curved layout, large window, comfortable seating and large TV — a great place to relax after a day exploring the city.

    The apartment also has a large, bright and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and dining. There are two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room, making the apartment especially convenient for larger groups.

    The location is ideal for exploring Edinburgh on foot. The Meadows are only a couple of minutes away, while the Royal Mile and heart of the Old Town are around five minutes’ walk. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the University and many Festival venues are all close by.

The apartment is lovely with modern tasteful furnishings and all the necessary appliances to make the stay comfortable and easy. The apartment has lots of light and is spotlessly clean. It is very centrally located and as we were visiting to attend the Edinburgh festival, we were able to walk to the key areas in less than 10 mins. It is perfect for families, offering lots of space to relax and a spacious kitchen for food preparation and dining. It has one bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with bath only. There are nearby shops and restaurants underneath the apartment. Overall fully recommended.
