Joivy has their own thorough communication app that details the checkin and checkout process. We would stay here again even if my teenage sons shared the pullout couch. However I will say…It can be loud early in the morning when the pub decides to empty its glass recycling or people decide to talk in the courtyard. Earplugs are provided but also this is what you get for staying on the Royal Mile. The combine washer and dryer unit in the kitchen takes forever to do a load. Recommend hang drying instead. Also suggest that a mirror be mounted in the bedroom so someone else can get ready if the bathroom is in use. ##### Trisha E.
