Stained carpets. Bedside table hanging off wall. Stained sheets. Dirty table. WiFi dropping out frequently. Flickering lightbulbs. Someone tried to open my door late at night which was terrifying as a lady travelling alone. . Very miserable stay and won’t be back.

The Hotel was very nice I highly recommend it, has everything you need in a quiet place but what made our experience exceptional was the staff, there are very nice, helpful and very professional, it needs more than 5 stars.

Parking was convenient, unlike many hotels in Great Britain. The airport shuttle was available if we had not had a rental car. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with efficient and friendly staff. This is a gorgeous hotel with excellent breakfast choices.

Hotel was very nice, but the decor is DARK. When our uber pulled up to the front of the hotel, it was so dark it did not look open. The room was clean and comfotable, but again, with every light in the room on it was very dark. The hotel had a shuttle to the airport which was very nice and convenient. Staff was great.

Overall very nice stay. Was hard in the dark to find the entrance as not well lit. Was bit strange to have £50 taken from my card on arrival. Never been asked for that before and stayed in a lot of places. Takes a few days to return to card after stay apparently. The hotel itself is nice inside. comfortable. Nice staff members. WiFi was shocking even with TV on as advised. Kept cutting off. Reported this on feedback card and at reception on departure..

Expedia need to inform hotels that gold awardees may be given a room update. Room quite cool on arrival. Heater brought to help but was totally ineffective blowing cold air. Restaurant very busy, service suffered as a consequence. Not what one expected.

Stayed here many times, love the place. Super clean, comfy bed, great shower. Friendly staff, would highly recommend. I stay all over the world with work and it has everything you could ask for.
