Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
What I reserved (6 person suite) was not provided; I was provided 1 king bed and 1 love seat (not a fold out bed). Mgt refused to give refund, very uncooperative and even combative. We had to beg for extra sheets, blankets and pillows to be able to sleep on the tile floor. Room pics advertised a jacuzzi, again false advertising. They swindle you on purpose! After check in, they changed the pics. This is a Texas inn and suites, which wasn’t obvious from their listing or pictures. TOTAL SCAM! AVOID!!
