Gina is a wonderful host, she goes above and beyond to help with any recommendations or concerns, she will even meet you at the property when you check in to go over everything which is beyond helpful. We utilized the kayaks and swam in the river and had a bonfire each night - they stocked us with plenty of firewood! The house was meticulously clean and tidy, not a speck of dust anywhere, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Edinboro has lots to do and we visited Gina’s store in town which was wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough! Things to keep in mind when booking: there is only one bedroom on the main floor so there are stairs involved to get to the other three and there are only two bathrooms, one on the main and one on the upper level, these things weren’t issues but with a range of ages in our group we had to place people in bedrooms accordingly. We will absolutely be back to this little escape!
