Katama Luxury - 5+ BR home w/ Heated Pool near the Field Club
- This home is in a great location (just off Katama Rd, close to bike path & The Field Club), has a large heated pool w/ bluestone patio, and has been updated to impeccable standards.
The 1st Floor has a sun-filled open floor plan w/ Living Room, Dining Room, & Kitchen overlooking the pool, patio and yard. The 1st Floor also has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, including a MBR w/ private bath. The 2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an office w/ daybed & trundle. The 2nd Floor also has a MBR w/ private bath and balcony.
Outside are an 18x40 foot heated pool, an expansive dual-level bluestone patio, and large private yard.
Great location, luxurious accommodations, & superb indoor/outdoor living space. A truly great getaway for familhy and friends.
