Back yard is amazing and the addition of the barn game room provides an escape from the house if trying to keep quiet for others to sleep. The location is A+. Just off Main Street but only a 5min walk from Stop & Shop, Liquor Store and handful of bars including Mad Martha's brewery and a 10 min walk from main Edgartown and harbor.
