I knew at the time of booking that the room didn't have air con. I was disappointed to find that there was no windows but patio doors instead which for obvious reasons couldn't be left open overnight. Consequently the room was very warm and sleep didnt come easily.
Breakfast was really good.

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.
