"There was a problem finding a room where the key would open the door. It took 3 tries. The heater was so noisy i had to turn it off to fall asleep"

"The place is listed as sleeping 14, but was not supplied for anywhere near that many people. One of the sofa bed mattresses was covered with mouse droppings. There were only 4 spoons in the kitchen. Only six small towels were supplied. The place was just kept up well."

"Communication was good prior to check in but after that was ignored. Stayed here to be close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks, which was nice. Nest thermostat was locked at 77 degrees in the evening. Most of the house inside was clean but backyard was full of cigarette butts and some trash. The washing machine and dryer were very nice, but no detergent provided for them or dishwasher. "

"House was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our needs. The primary bathroom was pretty amazing. There was an air fryer that saved us lots of money compared to eating out. Very enjoyable stay."
