Location is near the main railway station. Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest.
Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. I would book again.

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel itself very nice, good breakfast. Friendly staff helped a bit with parking issues first day and ice the first two mornings (but not the last). Neighborhood interesting - some sketchy businesses (exotic dance halls & casinos), but numerous hotels & families walking around. A substantial walk or short ride to major Munich sites.

"No cleaning of the room was done on our 3 night stay, we requested over the phone and by email to do the cleaning and was not done, not towels were available after our first night, there is noise at night because there is a night club next door, would not recommend to stay here."
