Echo Bluff State Park

The hotel itself is fine. It’s what is around the hotel that’s sketch. The hotel doesn’t have its own entrance from the roadway. You have to drive through a parking lot of a run down motel just to get to it. Not much parking right at Microtel. We arrived at 10pm. We weren’t happy about having to park in the almost empty parking lot of the run down motel next to it. Saw a couple of homeless looking folks sitting around on the ground. We worried our vehicle would get broken in to. Luckily we finally saw someone leave at Microtel and grabbed their spot. Again, the hotel itself was just fine. It was clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast. Wyndham, get this hotel its own access to the roadway.

Such a cute and hotel and amazing restaurants in the area. Not to mention…..my husband left all of his clothes hanging in the closet after check out. The hotel worked great with us for our daughter to come back and pick them up!!! Amazing hotel and excellent service!
