It is not even 300m to the bakery and good butcher. After 14km you are in Bad Bevensen with the spa center. Speziell in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, das hatten wir noch bei keinem anderen Objekt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. In Ebstorf selbst bekommt man alles, was man zum Leben so braucht, theoretisch auch ohne Auto. Frau Wnuck sorgt dafür, dass bei Ankunft alles perfekt ist und freut sich über ihre Gäste. Man bekommt am ersten Tag eine Einweisung in die Besonderheiten der Unterkunft und viele Tipps für Ausflüge, etc. Darüber hinaus trifft man sich immer mal zufällig und schnackt ein paar Minuten. Ehrlicherweise hatten von den Bildern her etwas andere Vorstellungen von dem Apartment, z.B. ist der primäre Eingang der Hintereingang hinten beim HWR. Natürlich haben wir uns schnell aklimatisiert. Besonders angenehm ist der Parkplatz direkt am Hintereingang. Die Unterkunft bietet auf jeden Fall alles, was man braucht. Man hat nie zu wenig Teller, Besteck, Stromanschlüsse. Gegen Langeweile bei Dauerregen gibt es 3 Fernseher, eine Stereoanlage und ein paar Kinderspiele/Puzzle. Im Garten kann man etwas Fußball spielen oder toben, auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut speisen, sogar grillen wäre möglich. Einzige Anmerkung: Für Familien mit sehr aufgeweckten Kindern würden wir die Unterkunft nur bedingt empfehlen, da einiges kaputt gehen kann (Deko, Porzellan...). Sie bietet viel Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern und ist sehr üppig ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gerne am großen Esstisch gesessen und gespielt. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser Sohn hat sich über den großen Fernseher gefreut :-) Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts - wir haben nichts vermisst, was wir für 17 Tage Urlaub gebraucht hätten. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, trotzdem dürfen Kinder hier spielen. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei schönem Wetter abends gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und empathisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und sagen danke für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir können das Haus aus Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Das Pausendomizil war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Lüneburger Heide. ##### Anja Maria T. Zum Ortszentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bäcker, Restaurant usw. sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Lüneburger Heide bietet zudem viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter. Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung mit kleinem schönen Garten und einer überdachten Terrasse .Haben dort die Mahlzeiten bei gutem Wetter genossen. Ab und an hört man einen PKW vorbeifahren da die Wohnung an einer Seitenstrasse liegt. Terrasse und Garten hat man für sich. Sie haben uns auch immer wieder mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Terrasse ist einladend und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Von Epstorf aus kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Besonders gut hat uns die Modellbahnausstellung in Bispingen gefallen. Empfehlenswert vor Ort sind das Eiscafé und der Burgerladen Smokey Burger. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super, viele Supermärkte (per Auto), ein Rossmann und Brötchen sowie Fleisch- und Wurstwaren sind sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist riesig und wir hatten alle genügend Platz und jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre. Alles war sauber und so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Auch für die Kleine war ein Bett aufgebaut, ein Kinderstuhl, Töpfchen, Geschirr usw. da. Ganz toll! Die Gegend ist super und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Gastätten, Supermärkte, Eisdiele, Schwimmbad usw. alles im Ort vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen ist Lüneburg, eine traumhaft schöne Stadt... Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar eine Rose bekommen 😊 Dafür nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank! Die An- und Abreise hat dank Schlüsseltresor mit Code auch mitten in der Nacht super geklappt. Ebstorf liegt zentral als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Kurz um, wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie daheim gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Pausendomizil. Überdies ist die Ausstattung mehr als komplett, nicht nur in der Küche. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, bei Problemen jederzeit kontaktierbar. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber, ordentlich, groß und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Von Toaster, über Kinderbücher, bis hin zum Planschbecken im Garten ist alles vorhanden. Die Bettwäsche, sowie die unzähligen Hand- und Badetücher dufteten nach frisch gewaschen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Menschen, die unsere Privatsphäre nicht verletzten und dennoch immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung standen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub, das Urlaubsdomizil steht bereits auf unserer Favoritenliste. ##### Sh. S.
