This property, which underwent a high-quality renovation in 2024, offers you the perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty of nature and relax.

Located right on the Fichtelnaab Bike Trail, there are numerous hiking and biking trails in the Fichtelgebirge and Steinwald that practically start right at your doorstep. In winter, the region transforms into a popular ski area with numerous nearby slopes and cross-country trails. The “Selingau” natural swimming area is just 1 km away along the bike path.

The holiday rental is tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to four people. The spacious living area, featuring a kitchen, a dining area for four people, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and an armchair, is ideal for social evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle, invites you to prepare your favourite meals.

The bedroom is a quiet place to relax, furnished with a comfortable double bed and a separate dressing area. Bedding is provided. The sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional space for up to 2 people.

The 10-square-meter, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and all necessary amenities. Hand towels and shower towels are provided.

Outside, you’ll find a patio with a private garden for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy the fresh air, relax surrounded by greenery, or have breakfast outdoors. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play and explore. A public playground for children is just a few metres away.
