Welcome to this beautiful cottage near the sea and fantastic nature. From the large wooden terrace you have a beautiful view over the water, where you can see the island of Hjelmen in the distance. The heart of the house is the beautiful living room with open kitchen, dining area and fireplace where you can spend sociable evenings with each other. For entertainment on days with cooler temperatures, the cottage is equipped with a fast fiber optic connection (50/50 mbit).



Also enjoy outdoor living on the terrace with barbecue and vacation fun.



The beach and surrounding area offer an attractive vacation area with wild' nature, fresh water, a mixture of sand and rocks and good opportunities for coastal fishing. From the house a system of paths leads directly to the water. A trip to Jernhatten or Ebeltoft is a must.

Ein schönes helles Ferienhaus nahe am Naturstrand.

Ein schönes helles Ferienhaus nahe am Naturstrand. Sehr gut bestückt mit alles was man so im Haus braucht. Großer Kühlschrank. Die Sitzecken im Garten wirkten etwas vernachlässigt. Sehr gut fand ich, dass es einen abschließbare Gartenschuppen gab in dem noch Platz für 2 Fahrräder war.

Dejligt sommerhus.

Dejligt sommerhus. Dejligt med ude terrasser og gode havemøbler. Sengene var gode. Hovedpuder var dog lidt trætte og så manglede vi et slumretæppe i stuen. Toilet knappen satte sig fast ved brug. Og sidst men ikke mindst kunne man ikke dele stangen på støvsugeren så man kunne komme ind i hjørnerne og støvsuge. En ny pande kunne også være godt.

Grundsätzlich ein wirklich tolles Haus.

Grundsätzlich ein wirklich tolles Haus. Wunderbar gelegen in 2ter Reihe zum Steinstrand. Für Hundebesitzer ideal, da Sofas aus Leder und keine Teppiche. Das Haus war super mit dem Kamin warm zu halten. Wir haben lediglich die Fußbodenheizung im Bad an gehabt. Die Klima-Wärmepumpe ließ sich leider nicht einschalten. Auch nach zuschalten der Sicherung ging sie nicht. Die Zufahrt zur Siedlung war mit teils extremen Schlaglöchern überseht. Wir haben zum Glück einen Jeep und daher keine Probleme. Aber mit nem Kleinwagen wäre es wahrscheinlich knifflig geworden. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es könnte mehr Besteck da sein. Vor allem Kaffeelöffel waren Mangelware.
