### Studio cabin for 6 near slopes with balcony and ski locker

This pretty 40 m² studio apartment is ideally located on the 1st floor of a residence with lift, right in the heart of the Gourette resort.  
The bright living room with television and sofa bed for 2 people opens onto a balcony with lovely views of the mountains.  
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, top-of-the-range fridge, tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine and all the other necessities for cooking.  
There is an alcove with 2 single bunk beds and a sleeping area with 2 double bunk beds.  
Bathroom with bath and separate WC.   
Pets not allowed.  
  
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.  
Optional services at preferential rates: hire of sheets and towels, end-of-stay cleaning.  
Deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).

Nestling in the heart of the Gourette cirque in the Ossau Valley, the ski resort offers an exceptional panorama at an altitude of over 2450 m. Whether you're with the family or with friends, there are 40 slopes to suit all abilities, with a vertical drop of over 1100 metres!  
In summer, come and discover mountain activities such as canyoning, climbing and accrobranche, as well as the many walks and hikes on offer!  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
\- End of stay cleaning package T2 : 90 €.   
 \- FABRIC SHEETS 90 : 22 €.   
 \- Baby bed rental : 20 €.   
 \- FABRIC SHEETS 140 : 27 €.   
 \- Lot of towels : 18 €.
