The overall condition of the room was acceptable. The AC system was noisy and did not seem to maintain the programmed temperature. The noise specifically prevented me from sleeping. Bath towels were thin and almost non absorbent and required multiple towels to completely dry off after showering.

easy access from I-20. The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was good with several options. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, nicely decorated. It was a great place for a quick and comfortable place to spend the night getting off the road.

Smelled great when walking in! Ladies at the desk went above and beyond with their kindness and consideration. Dining room staff were also very attentive. Everything was spotless and neat as a pin! Breakfast is pretty good with a menu for the week.

A bit of confusion, but worth a trip
There was a bit of confusion since this hotel used to be a Holiday Inn express and was listed as such in some online listings. However, this most recently renovated property was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful room was clean and comfortable. I switched to this property after having a bad experience last year during our regular Cross Country trips at the La Quinta. I will stay here again.

Hello, Thank you for staying with us. We apologize that you did not feel safe during your stay. We have regular guests that stay for extended periods of times and smoke out front. Most have been with us off and on for years. We do not make them stay in their rooms during their stays. Jaylen at the front desk is fairly new and has not worked with gift cards before. So, she did call for help. The gift cards have to be checked for proper funds every time a guest uses one. We can not just accept a gift card without checking the balance. The gift card that you provided did not have funds on it and we could not accept it at the time of check in. This was not her fault. She did her job correctly. We appreciate all of our guests and try to take care of everyone who comes through our doors. Thank you
