Top Eastern South Dakota Hotel Reviews
Kelly Inn & Suites Mitchell South Dakota
8/10 Good
"Our stay was good. A few things that could have been better were the key cards. We had to go down to the check in counter on 3 different occasions as the key cards deactivated. A couple of other maintenance type things were the shower had a high pitch humming sound while the shower head was on and the water pressure was really low. We did have to go down to the front desk and ask for another roll of toilet paper as what was there was maybe a 1/4 of a roll and we were there for 2 nights with 3 people. The tissue box was also empty so we had to use the toilet paper when there was a need for a Kleenex as well. The hair dryer intermittently would work so that was a bummer for my daughter who was trying to use it. The hotel is nice, and definitely a standard type stay. Just the normal maintenance over time type things could use some attention. The room was big and worked just fine for our needs during our stay! The Staff were very kind and friendly!"

"The front desk was very helpful, the room was nice and the pool and hot tub were great. My only negative was that the cleaning staff was opening our door and trying to come in at 9 am before we were checked out and still asleep. Thought that was weird"
