"Just note if you book a room in the West Wing, you’re not even in the same building as the casino and it’s hard to get to the casino from the West Wing. You have to walk and check-in is a nightmare."

"Unfortunately the room did have some flaws..... showers and pipes were squeaking (best way to describe it). The walls were very thin. We were able to hear next door even up to their alarm watches..... the sheets and straps seemed Dated.... escalators were broken during our stay...... the food cafes and kiosks were not fresh and unfortunately we did get sick 😢....... it is a very standard hotel..... nothing just unusual or spectacular to say..... but considering what we paid for....i was expecting more....."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a nice addition and the morning breakfast was just what I needed to get my day started beds were decent pillows were comfy. Would stay there again for sure."

"Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. While showering you could not keep from getting water outside of shower curtain which essentially barely met the floor. Additionally, the outlet near the window appeared to be dead as the light did not turn on and our devices did not charge. The bed was uncomfortable also. Lumpy 85% of the restaurants were closed/unavailable. For the price, the room wasn’t worth what we paid and hope that the GSR would compensate me on our next scheduled stay scheduled on April 20, 2026 or thereafter. The experience was undesirable. "There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again."

"Navigating through casinos is confusing. No signs posted to direct you from one to another. Easy to get turned around. Staff made it more confusing."
