Quiet and secluded. Wallaby visited the rear garden each morning

Beautiful old home with a fascinating history all documented in books available to read. Owner Stan was so helpful, enjoyed good chats and the service was great - ample breakfast in lovely dining room with drinks available all day. Use of kitchen also throughout the day to prepare own food if wanted. Easy bus ride into Hobart if no car. Would 100% recommend.

Love the apartment, with sunset view and the bay

Individually styled delightful and comfortable ‘Gardeners Cottage’

A wonderful hotel. Ash and all the staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The help yourself breakfast was just perfect too.

Great location, welcoming staff. Clean. We are in the restaurant, fabulous food. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was great, and the reception staff were excellent - I needed a couple of documents to be printed and (later) scanned to PDF, and the staff were very helpful. Metered street parking is available, but at A$35 per night we took advantage of the hotel’s valet parking...
