However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black.
