"The hotel is a typical airport hotel. I stayed here after my connecting flight to Chicago was missed. I arrived around 6pm and left at 3am for my early morning flight the next day. The gym was closed and inoperable. The room was dusty and had a weird bleach mix smell. The bed was comfy and free of bed bugs. The room was dated and definitely for a limited stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle runs from 4:30am to 10:30pm and isn’t your typical shuttle bus. It’s a minivan so don’t be alarmed when it gets to the airport. I paid $110 and don’t think it was worth the money. It did the job I needed to get some sleep between flights."

"Staff not super friendly but the site is lovely, will nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of eating places and the shuttles were handy. On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun."

"The HU. Hotel is definitely below standards for the price. There are no amenities in the room (not even a ice bucket). However the staff from the front desk personnel, houseman, concierge we all great with exceptional personalities and positive attitudes. It was because of the staff my hotel stay there was pleasant."

"The room was actually nice and I basically was passing through, so didn't really care. Walked around and wasted time in the casino. If you smoke, you will enjoy the smell of smoke throughout the building and especially the casino. The workout area looked like someone set up a gym in their basement. There were some interesting movie props to see and the staff were all very nice. I will say the southern sides i had were awesome. My personal favorites were the collard greens and frid okra."
