What a wonderful time I had. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was nice, the area was quiet and there was plenty of convenient parking. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Paragould.

The floor in our room was dirty. I mopped it best I coulf with a towel.Bathtub was dangerously slippery. The girl at the front desk this a.m did not seem at all concerned. The man who was on when we checked in was polite & accomodating.

A tornado was coming though the area. I want to the lobby area to stay. I was told I had go back to my room. The lobby was only open to checking in guests in only. They don't Care about guests safety at all. There was no plan or anything to keep guests stay during weather like this. They don't care

Was told when I first checked in that they could not rent me a room because I lived within a 60 mile radius even though I had stayed at this location several times in the past. I explained my situation to the lady and was told she would make a note and let me rent a room. I was in the room alone and left no mess and nothing was destroyed so I'm not sure what the issue was.
