We had a fabulous stay - the staff at the hotel arranged a airport transfer for us as the flight was delayed until 4am and it went so so smoothly when we arrived. Check in and Check out was easy. Staff really easy to get hold of by Whatsapp during your stay. Excellent location to Al Hambra palace. 9 min walk. Bus 32 frequent and takes you to plaza san Nicholas. A must visit and especially on the night to see Al Hambra in lights. Restaurants there fantastic with excellent views. The hotel is amazing.

Great view, good location, the only thing to note, that we hadn't realised when we booked was that the spa was an additional up charge. Located well for visiting Andalusia

This hotel is Magnificent, what an architectural masterpiece! Everything was perfect and we cant rate our stay highly enough! The room was large, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4! We slept very well and loved the beautiful fittings and fixtures! It is an amazing example of Spains rich history and the location was perfect! The apartment was basic, but clean and in a very good location. The towels had seen better days and definitely need replacing !!

Great location, right in the centre of town. Great customer service. There was a problem with the bathroom and we were given another room immediately. Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice.

The town of Ubeda has some of the best Renaissance architecture in Europe.
