The shower water pressure was amazing with plenty of hot water. I only have two complaints (policy issues, not room or hotel issues) 1) On the reservation I marked the option that I would pay when I arrived. When I checked in, I had already been charged for the full amount. 2) I needed to cancel the second night to return home earlier than expected. ...

"Nice place! Staff were polite and professional. Room was nice, it had a good view of the lake in by the college. Breakfast was good - a nice selection of things. And my son loved the indoor pool. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were the down-type that get really flat when you put your head on them. Not ideal for side sleepers, so I could not sleep at all- thus- Deducted 1 star. "
