Nice quite place close to everything that we needed and wanted to do, We had water to one side of us and the forest to the other side. it was nice that we didn't have to go out to eat all the time we could cook in the little kitchen and eat there. when coming back to the area I will definitely look this place up first.
Enjoyed our stay. A little difficult to find in the dark but otherwise great. Turn on dirt lane on the left near the end of Huron. Beds comfortable. Traffic didn't bother us. Plenty of room and very clean. Amazing shower. Would stay again. Thank you.
The cabin was well stocked with towels, soaps, dishes, etc.
The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we will be back sometime!
Property was clean an easy to find. We enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was with the fans because they seemed a little weak and not moving the air around.
notreally moving any of the air ou
Very clean. Cozy cabin experience. Nights got a little cold, wish there was a thermostat for heat control. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will return.

Simple and cute
The property was not on the water as shown on the map and no water access. The cabin was cute, simple and clean. Its perfect for 2 or 3 people. There was no ac but had 2 fans and plenty of windows to open at night to let the cool air in. I had excellent communication with the owners about easy check in process. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

They were over priced. $71 a night and I was charged $159. Described as waterfront. Directly on the highway. So not worth the money. I will never go back. And do not recommend.
Our children were attending daycamp in Oscoda and we needed a place to stay since home is 6 hours away. The unit was small, but all 5 of us didn't spend a ton of time there. It met our needs and was clean. The owners communicated well and responded- often within minutes. Check in was a breeze and we would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute place to rest their heads. Bonus for me..... there was a loaded Keurig to keep me awake after the long drive up! Thanks for the caffeine.
This lovely cabin was clean and very modern. It had everything my husband and I needed. Although there is a road between the cabin and Lake Huron, the road noise didn't bother us too much. Our only issue was the family staying next door. The cabins are all connected. Our neighbor came in late from sight-seeing and we could hear the kids jumping and playing until after midnight. We could also hear every detail of every conversation until they all went to bed. If we return in the future, I'd bring our sound machine!
This was shown online as a rustic cabin and thats what we found. It was neat and clean and andserved as a base for our stay in the Tawas area.Beach acess was a bit iffy. Property owner was great to real with via phone.

Dishonest advertising
The property was clean, well stocked, and the host was quick to help us when the code to get into the cabin didn’t work. However, the “beach” was a massive let down. The picture displayed makes it seems as though the sand goes to the water, however there is a bluff after the sand that goes into the water, and the land there is just broken concrete, broken wood, and rusted wires. Inaccessible. Also, the cabin is right next to US 23, so instead of hearing waves crashing onto shore, you hear cars flying by at night. The kitchenette is also very small, but had the essentials. Would have rather stayed in a beachfront hotel.
Cute and cozy. Worked for our small family of four. Thought there was access to water on property, but did not find any. But local beaches are just a few miles away. Very clean, would stay again
Good location between Tawas & Oscoda. Property owner was very quick to respond when we had a question about the wifi. I thought there would be beach access from the pictures but there was none. Main window looks out onto 23. Traffic is rather loud with the windows open. Nice cabin for the price.
