Ok hotel. Staff friendly. Loft room maybe not for everyone, about 15 stairs up to bed. Bathroom on main level of loft room. Had a not pleasant scent in room, and halls. Hotel Grand Pacific
Absolutely terrible pillows! Also we were given a room next to elevator shaft so very noisy . Our view was a parking lot and had car alarms going off in the middle of the night so not much sleep. Expected better for the price and it was a “suite “.
