" I’m writing to share my experience from my recent stay. There were a few issues I’d like to bring to your attention: - *Late check-in & bedding*: We arrived late and found the twin-bed room only had one pillow per bed. Typically we expect two pillows per bed. - *Bathroom safety*: The room has a bathtub, but when we showered, water splashed all over the floor. The floor became extremely slippery and was a fall hazard when stepping out. - *Toiletries*: The body wash and shampoo bottles looked identical with no labels. It was confusing and we didn’t know which was which. - *Room condition*: The room was not very clean and had a strong unpleasant odor. - *Maintenance*: We left a note for housekeeping that the fridge wasn’t working, but no one addressed it during our stay. - *Breakfast area layout*: The setup is quite awkward. As soon as the elevator opens, you’re directly facing a long communal table. Guests eating there can see you immediately, which felt uncomfortable. That said, I did enjoy the breakfast itself. The food was nice and fresh. The staff member in the breakfast area, Nguyên Long, was very polite, helpful, and kind. Her service was a bright spot in our stay. Overall, due to the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends at this time. "

"This is our 3rd stay at the property. Great location. Staff are amazing - My at guest relations is the best! Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. This is a special place where I want to keep coming back and stay longer each time."

"There’s not enough room in this box to say everything that I possibly can so I’ll just make it short and sweet. The staff treated me like a complete king. There were very welcoming the moment I walked in the door and we’re right there for anything I needed was always showing me, smiles and waving at me when they saw me and if I spoke to them, they always make sure they asked if everything was great and if I needed anything, let them know because they would get it for me right away. The staff at this establishment went above and beyond for my stay and I was sad to go, but look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely top-tier establishment, and I truly enjoyed every moment of this place. The room was clean every day. The staff smiled and was kind to me always. The beach view was amazing from the 27th floor with the rooftop pool and also not to mention the amazing buffet breakfast every morning always hit a spot. "
