Wonderful stay, everything was as advertised. My friends and I chose the place for the home theater and it was just what we wanted. Communication from the host was great and the place was comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Amazing house and host

We love this house we rented it two summers ago as well as this, and have every intention on renting it again next summer. The house is beautiful. The location is perfect and the host is great. There’s also lots of little touches that make it a lot closer to staying in a hotel.

A beautiful and entertaining weekend getaway

The house was well kept and our host Jessica was extremely tentative to any questions or concerns that my guests and I had during our stay. This was the perfect destination to enjoy a weekend away from our stressful daily routine. We especially made use of the home theater in the basement. Will definitely keep this property in mind for any future outings.

From booking to check in to communication to information provided Jess took care of us every step of the way! Everything needed was there and available and the house was 100% accurate to the listing. Clean and tidy all around also!

Weekend Friends Trip

My friends and I stayed at this property in July 2023 and had an incredible time. Jessica was in constant contact with us before we checked in through check out. Everything you would need for the kitchen, grill, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool, garbage, etc were fully stocked and easy to find. We had a great time, were able to explore some local wineries and breweries, and definitely would recommend others stay here for their get a ways.

My wife, our kids and their families all met for a few days in the Albany area. The house was perfect. Relaxing, casual setting. Room to spread out. The kids loved the pool and theater room. S’mores in the fire pit. We all enjoyed the views and the deer walking through the backyard. Including a mom and her two fawns. Jessica and Erik were great hosts, providing a welcome gift of local wines and coffee, as well as the S’mores supplies.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The house was well stocked with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and theatre room, and the kids enjoyed the game room. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. It’s a fantastic property that I highly recommend!!

We had a group of adults and kids that spent three nights here. We went to Saratoga for a day, and spent the remainder of the time at the house. Anytime we ran into an issue the host was super responsive and helped us work it out quickly. The kids loved the pool and the movie room, and the adults loved lounging in the deck area!

We booked last minute after our original rental fell through. We believe it was meant to be. This home had something for everybody. The theatre room & game room were huge hits for everybody. The views are amazing. Plenty of comfortable beds. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving family dinner. Looking forward to a summer trip to enjoy the pool!!

Lovely Home

We stayed Friday to Monday, 6 adults 4 children aged 2 to 10. We were in town to attend a party so mainly only got to e joy the home in the evenings. Everything was great. The kitchen was fully stocked qith everything we could need.

Extremely old and outdated house. The floor is upstairs creek somebody gets up to use the restroom. It wakes you up. On top of that the homeowner has all their effects in the house, from clothes, toothbrushes, guitars, personal belongings everywhere. Very disappointed.

Great House for a Private Getaway

This property was perfect for our larger get-together with friends. We hade tons of space inside the house for cooking and talking, as well as a wonderful outdoor area where we could spend evening warming up by a fire pit. With such a wonderful house came an even more gracious host, who checked in frequently to ensure all was well. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to escape the bustle of the larger city, but still be within striking distance of a major metropolitan area.

This property is well equipped for your personal gatherings where you would like your privacy. The house can easily accommodate large groups in multiple beds, with spacious inside areas for meals and conversation, as well as a wonderful outdoor area in which you can spend the evenings by a fire pit enjoying the summer air.
