it was the most relaxing and the service staffs was excellent. after being stranded at the airport I was so happy that my stay at the hotel was smooth sailing. and the fact that the bed was so comfy. just what we needed.

This hotel is located just a 5 minute (easy and flat) walk from Mt Hood station, the very first stop on the train from the airport to the city centre (note: they also have a shuttle service). I found the service so convenient that I stayed at this hotel while on a 3-day visit of Portland (the train only takes 30 minutes to Pioneer Square). Staff very friendly, there is a shop by reception with some essentials (soft drinks, beers, wine, snacks, sandwiches, toiletries, aspirin). Good amenities...

Everything's great about this hotel- location, rooms, roof terrace, staff breakfast..difficult to use the pool at certain times so busy. Lots of parking near by so no need to pay for valet parking.
