"Clean Room , stayed in level 5 , was such a perfect night the aircon was a hit & miss as it kept coming and going but other than that the breakfast was great"

I expected more from a big hotel group. The room wasn’t that clean as dust was around the skirting and the bathroom didn’t look clean. The kitchen surface hadn’t been wiped and there was rubbish in one of the bins"
