Located just minutes drive from Downtown Peoria (OSF, Methodist, Caterpillar, Civic Center), and even closer to the Levee District (Target, Ulta, Costco, Fondulac Library), convenience is just the start of it! This spacious home boasts 5 Queen size beds with new memory foam mattresses, a Twin-sized futon, and 2 bathrooms. You will have access to the basic tools in the kitchen (pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, ceramic ware). This is equipped with fast, reliable wifi and has three Smart TVs, one on each floor of the house. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone? And the cleaning personnel and site manager did not address it. We were refunded our money and made whole on the difference in the hotel price which was fair. Other than the flooding issue we felt that the home was nice and were sad that we were not able to stay there. ##### Joanne S. The fridge still had leftover food from the last tenant. The house is so different than the actual house, my family and I would rather pay extra to stay somewhere else. When I sent the message to Matthew regarding these issues and asked for a partial refund, he was unresponsive. I did not post any pictures so you might doubt this review. Great place for large groups. We were in town for a wedding and the house had enough room for all of us. We had some issues with the kitchen and bathroom light which were both fixed the following day. The host communicated with us promptly for any questions or concerns. Close to lots of stores. Well stocked. Our large group had plenty of space. The listing says it all. Only thing I would add is there's an additional half bath on the lower floor. ##### Brad F.
