Located just outside of the CBD, so a little quieter which was nice.
The apartment was quite outdated and needed multiple small repairs. Holes or damage on the doors, walls, etc. There was also some sort of leak in the kitchen, I believe coming from the sink pipe - luckily we didn't need to use the kitchen.
The bathroom was renovated, however the shower door was very slim and the whole shower was raised up a step, which may not be ideal for accessibility.
The reception is a separate building to the apartments, and you may end up in any of their buildings across a couple of blocks. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to be mindful of if you're wanting an active, accessible lobby.
There weren't too many parking spots at our building - though we were told we could park at the other buildings if needed, so there may be more there.
We did also need to cross the park to get to and from the city, which was fine during the day but quite scary at night. My husband headed back before us, and messaged to warn us that there had been a man hiding behind a tree who then stepped out to approach him, not a lot of overall lighting, and people had yelled things out at him. My son and I opted to take a short taxi ride back to avoid the park. Not the apartments' fault, but again just something to be mindful of.
