"Carlos’s property was clean and well-maintained on the inside, but the apartment complex itself was quite unpleasant and lacked cleanliness. The location was great for me, being conveniently situated near various amenities. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to check in early after requesting options, and Carlos informed me that I could pay an additional fee to check in close to the scheduled check in time. "Bravo on your nice property! My whole stay was really nice and conveniently located w/in walking distance to the George R. Brown convention center. Lenora was very good at communicating, she definitely facilitated my arrival and check-in with ease! The downtown noise was initially a concern but it was very muffled as the unit is on the sixth floor which is the highest level. I would definitely stay there again. "
