Our house is truly a gem; walking distance from town and beach, beautiful gardens and landscaping, pool house with mini-kitchen and half bath, finished basement equipped with extra fridge, large capacity washer / dryer, pantry storage. The cozy living room with fireplace and open kitchen are excellent for entertaining. Beyond the ten person dining table is the view out to the garden and a seamless flow into the pool area that feels like an extension of the house. Comfortable for guests, there are lots of independent zones around the house where you can work and play. Chef kitchen fully outfitted for large dinner parties
