Step outside to find a new large deck ideal for hosting gatherings or simply unwinding. Set on a private half-acre on a cul-de-sac, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a detached garage. 5 mins to Maidstonestone beach, 10 mins to Amaganset, 25 mins to Sag Harbor, 25 mins to Montauk and 15 mins to Wolffer winery.
