The space features a comfortable full-size bed, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a compact kitchen for meals. Enjoy morning coffee on the three-season porch (with pull-out sofa for extra sleeping) or unwind in the peaceful backyard garden and patio (shared with the main house). Guests also have access to the outdoor grill for casual evenings in. We are located in the desirable historic Hill & Harbour district (on the "Hill"). Our home is steps to a charming Main Street with shops, cafés, and restaurants, including waterfront dining at the scenic harbor, all within walking distance. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the studio is tucked in the back for extra privacy. We are a short drive (about 20-30min.) to our beautiful state beaches, Newport, and Providence. The airport is just 15 minutes away, while Boston (1hr) and New York (3hrs) are within easy reach for day or weekend trips. With central heat and AC, our studio offers comfort year-round, a perfect home base for exploring Rhode Island, visiting nearby colleges like URI, Brown and RISD, or simply soaking up the coastal charm of East Greenwich. We have a packet of information available to you upon arrival offering many suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We are here to help, let us know how we can make your visit more enjoyable. NOTES: 1\. We have 2 dogs and cat who live on the property. We are pet friendly and welcome any well-behaved, housebroken pets to join you on your stay. 2\. The studio is a self-contained unit with its own private entrance. It is on the first floor of a 2-story house, however there are stairs to get into the place, so keep that in mind. 3\.
