Adding to the appeal, guests enjoy access to the Acapesket Improvement Association Private Beach, located just .6 miles away. It is an easy 12-minute walk or a quick three-minute drive, offering the perfect blend of convenience and exclusivity. Located direct on Vineyard Sound, the beach features over 450 feet of white sand, Atlantic Ocean perfection. Inside, the home is spacious, elegant, and filled with light. Walls of glass and generous windows frame sweeping water views, bringing the outdoors in and creating a calm coastal energy throughout. The main level’s floor plan is ideal for gathering, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a central island, breakfast nook, and easy flow into the formal dining and living areas. Multiple seating areas around the living room, such as cozier space around a gas fireplace, and a screened in porch, offer different gathering options for groups of people looking to relax, unwind, and re-connect. An office space with a desk and pocket doors for privacy is available in case you must get work done while visiting.
