Very comfortable room and beds. Check-in was fast and friendly staff. No elevator but only one flight to carry luggage. Golf maintenance started at 7:00 am so noisy for those who wanted to sleep in.
We had a nice meal in the restaurant. Gratuity was added to the bill without any notification which was not appreciated.
Business travel. Clean, new and convenient. Perhaps because it’s mid October, amenities like on site restaurant was closed by 6 which didn’t work for us!
I understand that I was on a golf course, however, after a night of howling wind which continued into morning, I wasn’t pleased to be awakened at 7:15 by 3-4 workers blowing non-existent leaves off the practice putting green right outside the guest cottages.
Nice place, especially if you golf. It’s a little bit to the ocean but not far. Close access to the bike trail. Room was clean and nice. Staff was polite and helpful, and the grill had good food options.
This was a fabulous place to stay. The place was extremely well maintained and clean. The staff was so wonderful and bent over backwards for anything we needed. One of our family members has allergies they allowed us to tour the place early and made sure everything was extra clean.
Beautiful grounds, lovely staff.. my sons got a chance to try golf. The rooms were spotless. Only 20min away from ferry, beach and downtown. I will return
The staff were very helpful when checking in. The food at the clubhouse was delicious; they automatically add 20% to the bill. Second time we went the other bartender did not let us know; which seemed kind of sketchy.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Only complaint is we weren't not told there was an additional greens fee when staying. Disappointed with that.

Room was nice
Check in was unacceptable. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and was never notified if it was earlier as stated by front desk
One of our bathrooms was never cleaned. Towels still left on floor from day before
Restaurant never accommodating for a hotel stay. Couldn’t even get coffee except in room which could have been diary and never replenished the 3 days we were here the powdered creamer
Front entrance rug also needs to be cleaned also. Not very inviting for a front room entrance
This place is a hidden gem! The golf course is amazing! The rooms are big and spacious and the staff was incredible! This is the only place I’ll stay when I go to the Cape!
It shouldn’t have the name resort in the title, wedding venue, golf hotel at most. Resort gives the idea of pool and no real reason to leave the grounds. It was clean and modern which was nice but I think they drop the resort part.
Also black out blinds are something to think about
This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!
We loved this was just a short drive off the road, so it felt a bit more tucked away from the traffic and the noise. Our room was spacious, the bathroom clean and well stocked for our needs. While adjacent to other rooms, it was very quiet and restful environment. We dined at the nearby restaurant, enjoying both appetizers and entrees. Would definitely recommend.
