Quaint Cozy Beach Cape Escape

  • Totally remodeled all new home new stainless steel appliances, granite counter, all hardwood floors and new bath. Amazing 3 bedrooms fantastic spacious home. Walk to deeded rights beautiful sandy beach for residents and guests, off Seacoast Shores Blvd in East Falmouth. Sleeps 6. Have drink on the large deck, play chess or cards under deck umbrella. Cook in a gas grill or gas stove inside. All utensils and cooking ware. Air conditioner if necessary. A flat-screen TV with cable and wifi. Clean fresh bedding. Outdoor shower. Close to Mashpee Common and many fine restaurants. No pets and no smoking.
    Note: I recommend that if you have small children to use a stroller for walking to the private beach.
    The benefit of buying a weekly beach pass. I would like to emphasize that some sunset beaches are by sticker only and all you need is to show your VRBO
    reservation and car registration.
