The porch and main upstairs bedroom have views of the Bay. You can also view the ocean from the upstairs. Down stairs the dining room, living room and porch are all connected in an open floor plan. completing the downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed. a full bath and kitchen. The back door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor patio and back yard. Upstairs the large bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has a single and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom does not have a closet. Occupancy is 7 people. Parking is limited to 3 cars. Property manager lives across street.
